1. Website Owner & Scope

This website is owned and operated by ALTÆR, located in St. Gallen, Switzerland.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services provided by ALTÆR worldwide.

2. Who Can Use the Website

You agree not to use the website in ways that violate applicable laws.

3. Orders & Commercial Terms

When you place an order and complete checkout, you enter into a binding contract with ALTÆR.
Orders are processed as part of a pre-order model. Production begins only after the official drop period closes, ensuring made-to-order precision and sustainable manufacturing.
Prices are listed in CHF and may include taxes where applicable.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes for international orders will be calculated at checkout (if possible).
ALTÆR reserves the right to correct pricing errors or modify prices before order confirmation.

4. Return & Refunds

As we produce items on demand, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of defective, wrong, or damaged products (see our Refund Policy).
You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, send photos and order information to info@altaerclothing.com.
If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used during checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where legally required.

5. Right to Change Our Products & Services

We may alter, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, its features, or services at any time without prior notice.

We can also impose limits or restrictions on the use of certain features.

ALTÆR is currently in its development phase and not yet registered as a legal business entity.

6. Warranties & Product Responsibility

We strive to ensure the quality of our products.

If a warranty claim is valid, we may repair, replace, or refund the item.

However, ALTÆR doesn’t assume liability for damage due to misuse, improper care, or external causes beyond our control.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or services if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful behavior.

You may also cancel your account or any services by contacting us.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALTÆR from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site or breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ALTÆR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill from your use of the website.

ALTÆR is not responsible for production or delivery delays caused by external manufacturing or logistics partners.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Promotional Emails & Marketing

By opting in, you can agree to receive promotional emails, newsletters, or communications from ALTÆR.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the courts of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.
